Amplify & Connect Advisors is led by Christine Brodnan and Amy Johns, two mission-driven leaders with deep roots in the nonprofit and philanthropic sector in Atlanta. We first met six years ago while working together as directors at an education nonprofit where we quickly connected over shared values, a strong work ethic, and the joyful chaos of working motherhood - our older children are the same age and our youngest daughters were born just months apart at the height of the pandemic in 2020. 

As nonprofit professionals and active volunteer leaders, we remain deeply engaged in our communities and thrive as trusted connectors within our networks. With more than 30 years of combined experience in fundraising, nonprofit leadership, and community impact, we founded Amplify & Connect Advisors to help others give with greater purpose and clarity. Together, Chris and Amy bring a fresh perspective into Atlanta’s philanthropic landscape, and a shared belief in the power of strategy, equity, and meaningful connection to amplify impact.
